| 摘 要： | 直接用碱液抽提水葫芦叶中的叶绿素,生成叶绿素盐,再经酸化,锌代,成盐等工艺制得叶绿素锌钠。本文不但研究了制备叶绿素锌钠的各个工艺的最佳条件,还对叶绿素锌钠的稳定性以及一些常用食品添加剂对叶绿素锌钠盐水溶液的影响进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Chlorophyllin can be made by directly using lye to extract chlorophyll from the leaves of hyacinth.And through the process of acidification,zinc replacemend,synthesis sodium-zincchlorophyllin.This paper discusses the best conditions of various techniques of extracting sodium-zinc chlorophyllin,studies the stability of sodium-zinc chlorophyllin,and researches intothe effects of some food additives on the sodium-Zinc chlorophyllin liquer. |
