摘    要:基于接触非线性有限元分析方法,针对某液压圆锥破碎机整机结构进行有限元分析。通过仿真分析计算,得到整机结构各部件的变形和Mises应力分布,结果表明结构强度满足设计要求。在分析过程中,彻底解决了非线性接触对较多易造成计算不收敛的现象,有效地提高了计算精度,为今后液压圆锥破碎机的研发、结构优化计算提供了指导。

Abstract:Based on the contact nonlinear finite element analysis method, the finite element analysis on the whole structure of a hydraulic cone crusher was conducted. After simulation and calculation, the deformation and Mises stress distribution of each component of the cone crusher were obtained, which showed the strength of the crusher met the design requirement. During the analysis process, the uneasy computation convergence due to many nonlinear contact pairs was completely avoided, thus the computation accuracy enhanced, which offered guidance for the development and structural optimization of the hydraulic cone crusher.
