| 摘 要： | 该文提出在转速、电流双闭环的直流电机调速系统转速环采用模糊-PID混合控制方法。当给定转速与实际转速的偏差大于某一阈值时,采用模糊控制;而当偏差减小到设定阈值以下时,采用PID调节。利用Mat-lab对该控制方法进行仿真,仿真表明混合控制系统的动、静态性能明显优于常规PID控制系统。将该控制方法应用于DDSZ-1型电机及电气技术实验装置中的DJ23直流电机,以Atmega128为核心,以PWM为控制信号,设计了模糊-PID混合控制电机调速装置。试验结果验证了设计的混合控制调速系统鲁棒性好,实用性强,结构简单。
