| 摘 要： | 介绍了Pro/E和Moldllow软件在汽车安全带护盖支架注塑模具设计中的应用.运用Moldmow对最佳浇注点进行了分析,采用Pro/E软件建立塑料件实体模型,创建模具体积块,对模具进行了铸模模拟,确保了模具运行可靠.基于模具体积块利用外挂模块EMX4.1进行了模架调用与装配.结果表明,采用三维CAD/CAE技术能直接进行从制品到模具体积块的设计,缩短了产品的开发周期,模具实体感强、质量高,大大降低了模具的设计和制造成本. |

| Abstract: | The application of Pro/E and Moldflow softwares in the designing of injection mould for safety belt protection cover support of automobile was introduced.By the use of Moldflow software,the optimum gating location was achieved.Furthermore,the solid model of product and the 3D injection mould were attained using Pro/E software to ensure the mould work reliably.The mould frame could be transferred and adjusted in virtue of the mould module in EMX4.1.The results showed that the application of CAD/CAE technolog... |
