| 摘 要： | 介绍了水布垭工程建设中的结算管理工作。结算管理是合同管理的重要组成部分 ,要做好结算管理工作 ,制定一个较好的易操作的管理制度非常必要 ;同时 ,要充分利用计算机及网络这一现代化的管理工具。只有对结算情况进行认真仔细地分析 ,从而不断地改进工作 ,才能把结算工作做得更好。
