永磁同步电机无位置传感器复合控制算法研究

摘    要:针对永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制技术在低速阶段存在额外损耗和位置估计延迟以及在中高速阶段存在对模型参数依赖较大的问题,提出一种全转速范围无位置传感器复合控制方法。采用高频注入法和自适应算法复合控制策略,利用加权算法实现了两种算法之间的平滑切换,建立复合控制算法的数学模型,运用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真分析。分析结果证明,该复合控制算法能够快速准确地检测出转子位置,实现零低速与中高速的平滑切换,提高了系统的动态响应性能,具有动态调节速度快,鲁棒性好等优点。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of position sensorless control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motors at the low speed stage,the extra power loss and position estimation delay,and the large dependence on model parameters at the medium and high speed stages,a position sensorless composite control method for the full speed range was proposed.A high frequency injection method and an adaptive algorithm composite control strategy were used.A weighted algorithm was used to achieve smooth switching between the two algorithms.A mathematical model of the composite control algorithm was established,and simulation analysis was performed using Matlab/Simulink.The analysis results show that the composite control algorithm can quickly and accurately detect the rotor position,realize the smooth switching between zero low speed and medium high speed,improve the dynamic response performance of the system,have the advantages of fast dynamic adjustment speed,good robustness and so on.
