循环氢压缩机的轴封改造

芳烃联合装置重整循环氢压缩机 (采用浮环密封 )在开车过程中 ,发现密封油漏油 ,给铂重整催化剂的安全使用带来了威胁。为此 ,改为非接触式螺旋槽机械密封。开车一段时间后 ,机械密封的运行出现了不稳定的现象 ,漏油问题仍然时有发生 ,为保证生产的长周期安全运行 ,在检修期间改为干气密封 ,使问题得以解决

The Reformation of Bearing Seal for Recycle Hydrogen Compressor

The reforming recycle hydrogen compressor adopted floating ring seal of aromatics allied unit occured oil leak at seal during the process of start-of -run,and brought menace forsafe operation of platforming catalyst.So that the seal was changed for non-contacted type spiral slot mechanical seal.The operation of mechanical seal occured non-stable phenomenon after a period of time since start-up,and oil leak problem still occured occasionally.For reasons of securing the long period safe operation of production,they was changed into dry gas seal in maintenace time.The problem was solved.
