| 摘 要： | 介绍以高效液相色谱法测定 Ｎ，Ｎ’－双（仲丁基）－对－苯二胺（ＤＢＰＤ）含量．方法使用 ｓｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂ－ ＮＨ_２柱，甲醇：三氯甲烷＝６０：４０（Ｖ／Ｖ）为流动相，２６３ｎｍ处检测．方法简单，快速，回收率为９５．６％～ １０５％，变异系数不大于２．１％．

| Abstract: | High performance liquid chromatography was used to determinate N, N' - Di - Sec - butyl - P - phenylenediamine (DBPD). The method used a Spherisorb - NH_2 column. Mebile phase consisted of methanol andchloroform in the proportion of 60:40.Detection was performed with UV detector at263 nm.The recovery of DBPD was 95 .6% - 105% .The relative standarddeviation was less than 2.1%. |
