摘    要:介绍了700MW水轮发电机组电力系统强迫功率低频振荡产生的机理,阐述了强迫振荡与负阻尼机理低频振荡的相同点与本质区别,从理论上分析验证了电力系统稳定器对各频段强迫功率低频振荡的不同抑制效果和局限性,并首次在大型水电机组上得到了试验验证。立足于工程实践应用,在强迫振荡的监测辨识和抑制领域提出了新的分析思路和处理措施,保障了电力系统的稳定运行。

Abstract:The emergence mechanism system is introduced in the paper of forced power low frequency oscillation of a 700 MW hydro-electric generator to power The similarities and essential differences between forced oscillation and low frequency oscillation with negative damping mechanism are described. The different inhibition effect and limitation of forced power low frequency oscillation in each frequency band are analyzed and verified theoretically. And it gets an experimental verification in giant hydro-electric units for the first time. The new monitoring identification and suppression method of the forced oscillation are put forward based on the engineering practice. The new proposed ideas and measures ensure the stable operation of power system.
