| 摘 要： | 中型电机整体转子冲片采用复合模冲制,模具结构庞大复杂,加工、使用、维护成本高;采用单工序模组合冲制,生产准备周期短,模具的加工、维修成本都较低,且使用方便,非常适合当前电机产品品种多、批量小的生产形势。

| Abstract: | In designing a integral rotor-piece die for mid-sized generator,a adoption of the complex die is of complicate in structure as well as of high production cost in processing and maintenance,while that of a single group mould is convenient with a lower cost process and a shorter period of production preparation.It quite agrees with the current demand for larger varieties and small batches in production. |
