摘    要:采用X射线衍射和电化学方法,研究了正极材料Li3Ni0.1V1.9(PO43)的结构和电化学性能。结果表明:Li3Ni0.1V1.9(PO43)具有单斜晶系结构。在室温下,以0.1C倍率放电时Li3Ni0.1V1.9(PO4)3的初始比容量为115mAh/g,从0.1C增加到0.4C经过60次循环后,比容量保持率为97.3%,而未掺杂镍的Li3V2(PO4)3,初始比容量为129mAh/g,60次循环后,比容量保持率仅为69.7%。循环伏安和交流阻抗测试表明,Li3Ni0.1V1.9(PO4)3有较低的极化电阻和较好的可逆性。

Abstract:The structure and electrochemical performance of cathode material Lis Ni0.171.9 (PO4)s were studied by X- ray diffraction and electrochemical method. The results indicate that LisNi0.1V1.9 (POe)s maintain the monoelinic structure of Li3 V2 (PO4)3. The initial specific capacity of Li3 Ni0. 1 V1.9 (PO4)3 is 115 mAh/g at 0.1 C discharge rate under the condition of room temperature and the specific capacity can maintain 97.3% of the capacity after 60 cycles from 0.1C to 0.4C discharge rate. However, the initial specific capacity of the raw sample of LisV2 (POe)3 is 129 mAh/g and the specific capacity only maintain 69.7G of the capacity after 60 cycles. The test of cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance show that the polarization resistance of Li3Ni0.1 V1.9 (PO4)3 is lower and the reversibility of I.i3 Ni0.1VI. 9 (PO4)a is better than that of Lia V2 (PO4)s.
