基于LabVIEW的电子分析天平管理系统设计

摘    要:针对传统的电子天平测数据记录繁琐,测量数据的可操作性差,设计一种基于LabVIEW的高精度电子分析天平管理系统,介绍了利用超低功耗单片机MSP430F449为核心处理器,CS5532为AD转换器的高精度电子分析天平的硬件结构及工作原理,详细阐述了LabVIEW通过VISA通信的软件流程和部分模块结构的实现方法,并对系统的上位机软件安全性做了简要介绍.实测结果表明,该管理系统安全可靠,操作简便,成本低廉,有很强的数据处理能力.

Abstract:For the trouble data record process and poor data interoperability in traditional balance measurement equipment,this paper designed a high accuracy electronic analytical balance manage system based on LabVIEW,which was equipped with super low power MSP430F449 for information processing and CS5532 for A/D convertion.The software process and implemetation method in which LabVIEW controlled the instrument by VISA was elaborated,and the design of some block was briefly introduced.The manage system is proved to ...
