摘    要:文章采用高功率、小体积的微晶片激光器,设计并实现了便携式激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)检测系统。该系统由激光器驱动模块、微晶片激光模块、样品和光谱分析模块及显示处理模块四部分组成。文章对铁、铜以及锌铁合金进行了样品分析测试实验,实现了物质的识别。该系统在样品制备难度、元素检测能力和分析时间上都有明显的优异表现。

Abstract:A portable detection system based on LIBS is designed and realized by using the high-power and small-volume microchip laser.The system consists of the laser driver module,the microchip laser module,the sample and spectral analysis module and the display module.Through the experiments about iron,copper and zinc alloy,the usability of the system is tested.Compared with the traditional detection methods,the system shows greater performance in sample preparation complexity,element detection ability and analysis...
