烟草工业减害研究进展

摘    要:从叶组配方、加工措施和辅助材料3方面综述了2004年以来国内外烟草工业卷烟减害研究进展,尤其是加工措施方面.认为卷烟减害是一项系统工程,烟草工业应对卷烟减害进行系统深入细致的研究,应强化叶组配方、加工措施和辅助材料方面的减害研究,既要研究对有害成分的影响,同时也要研究对烟气毒理学指标和吸味品质的影响.任何烟丝添加剂减害研究均应包括6个方面:添加剂安全性评价、烟气有害成分分析及添加剂成分分析、有害成分降低、添加剂热解产物分析、烟气感官评价和烟气毒理学评价.
