双缸泵主机构计算软件编制步骤及检验方法

摘    要:以双缸泵主机构动力学分析软件设计为例,针对计算软件在编写过程中因逻辑错误较难被发现而拖延完成时间的情况,提出了编写和调试计算机程序的步骤,即,正确推导计算公式,仔细手写程序,对照手算结果调试程序,撰写相关文档。推导出该机器主机构力学分析的计算公式之后,提出了为减小计算量而调整计算顺序、寻找检验程序正确性的依据等编程技巧。可通过手算一组数据和理论定性分析结果检验程序的正确性。

Abstract:aking the design of dynamics analysis software of main machine of duplicate reciprocating pump as example, the step of programming was proposed as following in allusion to avoiding the delay of accomplishment because of being difficult to find the logic error. Four steps were designed: firstly, correctly deducing the calculation formula; secondly, carefully writing the program by hand; thirdly, debugging the program by comparison of the calculating result by other method; lastly, composing the corresponding document. After deducing the dynamics analysis computing expression, some programming skill was proposed, such as adjusting the computing order for decreasing computing load and searching the basis of testing the program correctness. The testing of correctness includes calculating a group of data and academic qualitative analysis result.
