摘    要:采用电爆炸法制备了三种粒径的纳米Cu粒子,并用原子力显微镜进行了表征,研究了三种粒径的纳米Cu粒子在润滑油中的摩擦学性能。结果表明:大粒径的纳米Cu粒子在润滑油中有很好的极压性能;小粒径的Cu粒子在润滑油中有很好的抗磨减摩性能。

Abstract:Nnanocopper grains with three grain sizes were produced using the electric explosion of metallicwire method(EEW),and were characterized by Atome Force Microscopy(AFM).Then the tribological properties of the prepared nanocopper in lubricating oil were investigated,which results show that the nanocopper grain with bigger size has good property of extreme pressure in lubricating oil,while the nanocopper grain with small size presents better anti-wear and friction reducing properties.
