摘    要:针对某型号大功率船用齿轮箱体的工作特性,基于NX平台建立了齿轮箱体的有限元分析(finite element analysis,FEA)模型,完成了船用齿轮箱体的固有频率和相应各阶模态振型的数值计算,并分析模态振型对箱体性能的影响,在保证不产生干涉的前提下,对箱体增设了加强筋结构,使得箱体刚度进行合理分配和平衡,达到箱体结构优化的效果。结果表明优化后的箱体总体刚度大大提高,振动明显降低,齿轮箱体的综合质量及工作稳定性得到提高。
