维生素K3合成研究

摘    要:以间甲酚为原料,经加压氧气催化氧化得到2-甲基苯醌,再在加压和二甲基亚砜溶剂条件下与1,3-丁二烯进行Diels—Alder加成反应,并在一锅中直接氧化脱氢生成维生素K3,产品总收率为75%。本方法具有原料廉价易得,产品收率高,污染排放较少,反应条件温和,容易工业化等优点。

Abstract:m- Cresol was chosen as raw material which oxidized by oxygen under pressure to give 2 - methyl -1,4- benzoquione, The product was then subject to a Diels- Alder addition with 1,3- butadiene in the presence of DMSO as solvent, and the addition product was subsequently to oxidative dehydrogenation to give vitamin K3,,The total yield of product reached 75 %. The process possess the advantages of cheap in the raw material, high in the yields, less in pollution produced and mild in the reaction conditions, which is adapt to industrialization.
