反相乳液聚合制备淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺共聚物

摘    要:以玉米淀粉为原料,研究反相乳液体系中淀粉与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚反应规律,考察反应时间、反应温度、引发剂浓度、丙烯酰胺单体与玉米淀粉质量比、油水体积比对接枝共聚反应的影响。通过单因素实验,获得较佳工艺条件:反应时间为3 h,反应温度为50℃,丙烯酰胺单体与玉米淀粉的质量比为1.5:1,引发剂浓度为3.287mmol/L,油水体积比为1.4:1,在此条件下,可制备得到单体转化率92.60%、接枝率54.06%、接枝效率79.41%的淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺共聚物。

Abstract:Graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto maize starch in inverse emulsion system was studied.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,initiator concentration,mass ratio of acrylamide monomer to starch and volume ratio of oil to water on the conversion of monomer,grafting percentage and grafting efficiency were investigated.By one-factor experiment,the optimum conditions were determined: reaction time 3 h,reaction temperature 50 ℃,initiator concentration 3.287mmol/L,mass ratio of acrylamide monomer to starch 1.5:1,volume ratio of oil to water 1.4:1.Under these conditions,starch-acrylamide copolymer could be prepared,and the monomer conversion,grafting percentage and grafting efficiency are 92.60%,54.06% and 79.41%,respectively.
