红外线的发展动向和高温远红外绝缘节能涂料在工业炉窑上的研制与应用

摘    要:主要介绍了红外线的发展动向和高温红外绝缘节能涂料基理、性能、特点使用及施工注意事项,该涂料应用于工业炉窑炉膛温度可提高20℃~100℃,炉外表温度降低5℃~20℃,单位时间内减少氧化铁皮20%~80%,排烟度可降低45%,节能3%~30%,提高热效率5%~10%,延长炉窑寿命1~3倍,高温远红外绝缘节能涂料是增产、节能减排,延长炉龄的有效措施。

Abstract:It introduces the discovery and development of infrared,and the based management,performance,characteristics use and construction of attention of infared heat insulation energy saving coating.The coating used in industrial furnaces can increase the furnace temperature by 5~20℃,reduce the iron scale by 20%~80% and the smoke by 45%,save energy by 3%~30%,improve the thermal efficiency by 5%~10%,and extend the life of the furnace by 1~3 times.Using far infrared heat insulation energy saving coating is an effective measure to increase production,to save energy and reduce imissions,and to extend the life of the furnaces.
