Correlation of detergency with physicochemical factors

Summary It is felt that it would be of interest to conclude this paper by showing some of the correlations already established for selected soil-surfactant series of systems, with particular reference to the variation of the linearity constants K₁ and K₂ of these systems with corresponding soil or surfactant physicochemical factors. Table IX gives the detergency functions for these multi-soil, common surfactant, and multi-surfactant, common soil, series of systems.
