聚流式调节阀的数值模拟研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的套筒调节阀,并运用CFD数值计算的方法,分别从流通能力和消能效果两方面与网孔式套筒调节阀进行比较分析,湍流模型选用Realizablek-ε模型,计算阀门不同开度下的流量系数、流阻系数以及消能效率。此外,还使用混合多相流模型进行阀内流体流动的空化模拟,对聚流式套筒调节阀的抗气蚀性能进行了分析,结果表明聚流式套筒调节阀在低水头工况下具有较好的抗气蚀性能。由于聚流式调节阀具有成本较低、不易堵塞的优点,是一种低水头工况下的经济型调节阀解决方案。

Abstract:One new bushing regulator valve is introduced.In aspects of flowing capacity and energy dissipation effect,the new bushing regulator valve and the mesh bushing regulator valve are compared and analyzed according to application of the method of CFD valve calculation.The realizable k-ε model is applied for the turbulent current one to calculate discharge coefficient,flow resistance coefficient and energy dissipation effect of the valves at different openings.Furthermore,the model with mixed multiple-phase flows is applied to simulate cavitation of fluid flowing in the valve body,analyzing the performance of the flow-contracting bushing regulator valve against cavitation erosion.The analysis shows that the flow-contracting bushing regulator valve is with a good performance against cavitation erosion at low head.As the flow-contracting bushing regulator valve features lower cost and not to be blocked easily,it is one economic solution of the regulator valves for the operating condition of lower head.
