氯气干燥塔塔盘变形原因及改进措施

摘    要:氯气干燥塔塔盘变形与塔盘的结构和反应温度的控制有关,对塔盘结构进行改造并加强对反应温度的控制后,干燥塔干燥效率得到了提高,生产1 t NaOH的硫酸消耗降至8 kg.

Abstract:The deformation of chlorine gas drying tower trays is relevant to the structure of trays and the control of reaction temperature.After modifying the structure of trays and strengthening the control of reaction temperature,the drying efficiency of the drying tower is improved and the sulfuric acid consumption is reduced to 8 kg per ton of NaOH.
