摘    要:针对传统工业现场监控方式的不足,设计了一种基于微机串行通信方式的数据采集和控制系统。以工业精馏塔内部的温度和压力监控为目的,采用模块化分布式结构及RS 485串口通信方式,保证了PC机与下位机之间数据的可靠传输。并以VB6.0为平台,开发了相应的系统软件,实现了数据的自动采集分析以及设备的自动控制。

Abstract:Aim at the insufficiency of traditional way of monitoring in industry field,designed a data acquisition and control system based on serial port communication.Aim at monitoring the internal temperature and pressure of industry rectify tower,the design uses the structure of modularizing distributed system and the way of RS485 serial port communication to ensure the reliable data transmitting between PC and PLC.Based on VB6.0,developed the relevant system software to realize the auto-acquisition of data and the auto-control of the devices.
