摘    要:对板式塔内Fe/Cu体系沉淀/氧化脱除气体中硫化氢工艺进行了中试研究,考察了操作风量、液气比、起始pH值和硫化氢入口浓度对硫化氢脱除效率的影响及鼓风量、液柱高度对Fe3+氧化再生的影响;并进行了综合实验,结果表明,含120g/L Cu2+7、0g/L Fe2+及70g/L Fe3+的吸收体系即能对硫化氢体积分数为1000×10-6的硫化氢废气100%稳定脱硫,除消耗O2外,过程不消耗任何原料,不产生二次污染,体系无降解问题。

Abstract:H_2S removal by cupric deposition and ferric oxidization to produce sulfur in a pilot-scale plate column was studied.The influences of feed gas flux,liquid-gas ratio,initial pH value of absorbent and H_2S inlet concentration on H_2S removal efficiency as well as feed gas flux and the height of ferrous solution columniation on the oxidizing regeneration of ferric ions were examined.The results of comprehensive experiments showed that H_2S removal efficiency reached 100% under the conditions of 70g·L~(-1) Fe~(2+),70g·L~(-1)Fe~(3+),and 120g·L~(-1) Cu~(2+) concentrations in the absorbent.None raw material is needed other than O_2 in the feed gas.The process does not bring about secondary pollution and degradation problem.
