摘    要:
本文在前文已经提出的高炉工艺操作参数系统优化模型的基础上,应用先进的计算机技术和系统工程学,将攀钢1~#、2~#、3~#高炉1983~1984年的5万多条生产数据进行统计分析和系统优化;选择了当前原燃料条件,装料制度下高产、优质、低消耗,渣铁畅流、高炉顺行的工艺操作参数,成为以后样本空间模型的基础,为攀钢高炉调优操作、提高利用系数起到了积极作用,并为今后高炉生产自动化研究打下了软件基础。

Abstract:
A systems optimizing model for operating parameters of blast furnace wasproposed in the previous paper. Based on this model, more than 50,000 practical data got from Blast Furnace 1, 2 and 3 of Panzhihua Iron and steel Company in 1983 and 1984 have been treated with statistical analysis and systems optimization. A group of opeirating parameters are taken as the basis for the later sample space, which correspond to a record of high production, good quality and low consumption as well as the smooth flow of iron and slag under existing conditions for lading raw materials and fuel. This work has been applied to the optimizing operation of blast furnace of Panzhihua Iron Steel Company, with the utilization coefficient of useful capacity of blast furnace increased. It is considered that this work provides a basic softwre for later study for process automation of blast furnaces.
