硫酸胍基丁胺的绿色合成工艺研究

摘    要:硫酸胍基丁胺是一种极具开发价值的戒毒类药物,市场运用前景广阔。本文以1,4-二溴丁烷与邻苯二甲酰亚胺钾为原料,经取代、胺解和胍基化等三步反应制得硫酸胍基丁胺,总收率为33.9%,产品含量99.5%。

Abstract:Agmatine sulfate is a detoxification drug with great development value and broad market foreground.It was synthesized with 33.9% overall yield and content of 99.5% by three-step reactions through substitution,aminolysis and Guanidine reaction from the starting materials: 1,4-butylenedibromide and phthalimide potassium.
