| 摘 要： | 对华北地区农村住宅进行实地调查,用DeST-h模拟软件对新、旧两种典型的农村住宅进行了冬季采暖能耗的模拟计算.设计了几种节能改造方案,并对各种方案做了节能敏感性分析,提出适合华北地区使用的外窗类型和选择原则,探讨了各种围护结构的保温性能在降低采暖能耗中的作用大小,并对新、旧住宅的保温性能进行了对比,总结出农村住宅的节能改造意见.
