| 摘 要： | 通过宏观和微观检验,对某电厂起重吊钩突然脆性断裂失效的原因进行分析,得出吊钩断裂的主要原因为生产厂家错用材质,并据此从新吊钩入厂的监督及在用吊钩的检验两方面提出加强起重吊钩的监督及检验的建议。

| Abstract: | Through analysis on the brittleness rupture reason of the crane hook in some plant by the means of macroexamination and microstructure,and the main reason is found that incorrect material is selected by the production factory,and so,the suggestions are advanced to strengthen supervision and inspection of crane hook,from two aspcets of the supervision for new hook and inspection of hook during using fractography. |
