摘    要:为提高纱线线密度测量的效率和精度,以纯棉纱为例,提出一种基于数字图像处理的纱线线密度可视化测量方法.对视频显微镜采集到的纱线图像,依次进行二维自适应维纳滤波预处理、基于遗传算法的二维最大熵法阈值化和形态学运算,得到清晰完整的纱线条干二值图像,基于此图像计算纱线的直径和线密度.结果表明,测试数据以纱线图像为载体,能够更直...
