| 摘 要： | 对影响弹簧钢质量的诸要素,如钢中酸溶铝（Als）、脱氧工艺、钢中夹杂物和热处理脱碳层的形成及控制要素等进行了分析,得出以下结论：钢中酸溶铝量值是控制钢水质量的基础数据;从钢水精炼前到铸坯,夹杂物中Al2O3的质量分数减少70%左右,微观夹杂物的数量减少43%;弹簧钢设计中加入Cr、Mo、V等合金元素,可与C形成稳定的碳...

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes factors that influence the quality of spring steel.They include: Als in molten steel,deoxidation technologies,formation and control of inclusions and decarburized layer.Following conclusions are drawn: The content of Als in molten steel is a basic parameter to influence steel quality;From molten steel refining to billet casting,Al2O3 content in the inclusions decreased by about 70 % and microscopic inclusions reduced by 43 %;Adding alloy elements Cr,Mo,V into spring steel can form stable... |
