摘    要:以河北司家营铁矿的低贫难选铁矿石为主要原料,研究了采用熔融还原法炼铁和浇铸工艺制备微晶玻璃的可行性,获得了可用于炼钢的生铁原料和建筑装饰用微晶玻璃.利用正交试验设计方法,探讨了不同原料配比组成条件下渣铁分离和熔渣晶化的效果,确定了可用于工业试验的最佳原料配比:铁矿石62%(质量分数,下同),氧化铝粉5%,生石灰15%,萤石3.3%,纯碱8.4%,焦炭6.2%.通过光学显微分析、X射线衍射分析、物理化学性能测试等手段确定了微晶玻璃的物相组成及性能特征.结果表明:在最佳条件下制备的微晶玻璃由硅灰石晶体和玻璃相组成,抗压强度为827MPa,Mohs硬度为6,体积密度2.69 g/cm3,吸水率为0.016%,耐酸性0.08%,耐碱性0.05%.

Abstract:The feasibility of iron-smelting and making glass-ceramics using low grade iron ore from Sijiaying Iron Mine in Hebei province by the melt-reduction method and casting technology was investigated, and pig iron used in steel-making and glass-ceramics for building decoration were prepared. By using orthogonal design method, the slag-iron separation and crystallization of the slag were studied at different ratios of raw materials, and the optimum composition ratio of raw materials which could be used in industrial test was determined: 62%(in mass, same below) iron ore, 5% alumina powder, 15% quicklime, 3.3% fluor, 8.4% dietary alkali and 6.2% coke. The phase compositions and characteristics of glass-ceramics products were determined by the comprehensive methods such as optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, physical and chemical properties test. The test results show that the prepared glass-ceramics consist of matrix glass and wollastonite crystals and it has a compressive strength of 827 MPa, a mohs hardness of 6 degree, a volume density of 2.69 g/cm3, a water absorption of 0.016%, a acid resistance of 0.08%, a alkali resistance of 0.05%.
