摘    要:长柱塞防砂卡抽油泵内筒与外筒之间有一个环空沉砂通道,沉砂可沿此通道进入尾管,而且柱塞在油井生产中始终有一部分外露于泵筒,可防止沉砂进入柱塞与泵筒之间的间隙。现场19口井次的应用表明,在出砂量小于1%的油井中可直接下泵生产,能保证油井在生产过程中或停抽后不会砂卡或砂埋柱塞。在出砂量大于1%的油井中可先进行化学防砂,再下入防砂泵,能有效地延长防砂后油井的免修期。由于这种泵具有防砂卡、防砂埋及耐磨蚀三个功能,可有效地解决出砂油井生产周期短、吨油生产成本高的问题。但这种泵存在检泵时无法泄油的问题,增加了作业施工工作量,同时造成环境污染。

Abstract:In a sand control subsurface pump with long plunger, there is a sand passage between the inner barrel and outside barrel, along which sand can enter in the nil pipe. Part of the plunger keeps out of the pump barrel all the way during oil production to prevent sand from entering the clearance between the plunger and the pump barrel. Field use shows that, the pump can operate smoothly in oil wells with less than 1% sand production rate; in oil wells with more than 1% sand production rate, measures for chemical sand control should be adopted first, and than the sand control subsurface pump can be lowered. By using this pump, the problems of short production cycle and high production cost can be solved effectively.
