摘    要:
试验探索了油茶籽的水酶法提油工艺,研究了原料预处理方式、不同酶系、酶解条件对清油得率的影响。结果表明,原料经过二次粉碎后,果胶酶的作用效果好;酶解温度对工艺结果影响不明显;在固液比1∶4,酶解pH4.5,酶解温度40℃、加酶量1%,酶解时间3 h条件下,清油得率可达到88.63%。

Abstract:
In the present study,the effects of pretreatment methods,enzyme type and process conditions on the yield of Camellia oleifera oil extracted by enzyme-assisted aqueous technology were investigated.The results showed that the use of pectinase after two-time grinding of the raw materials could effectively destroy the cell wall of Camellia oleifera seeds.The effect of incubation temperature on the oil extracted was not significant for this mixture;the optimum conditions of single-factor experiments were the rat...
