摘    要:城市三维地图建设以实用为出发点,侧重数据应用、服务系统的研发以及后期三维地图数据服务体系的搭建,打造跨行业、多技术支撑、信息资源多元化的新型城市地理信息载体;文中分析了基于城市大比例尺地形图数据进行三维建模的关键技术问题,实现了城市规划、建设CAD数据到三维地图快速建模的技术流程,采用空间数据库技术管理影像、矢量、纹理和三维模型等海量数据,完成三维环境浏览、查询定位、城市规划方案评审、空间分析等功能,为城市规划、建设等工作提供有效的服务与保障,推进城市信息化进程。

Abstract:The construction for three-dimension map of city take practical as a strarting point,focusing on application of data and research for service system,as well as struction for later period service system of three-dimension map,building cross-industry、multi-technology support and mulriple information resources for new-style urban geographic information carrier;This paper analyzed the key technology problem of building three-dimensional model based on urban large-scale topographical map,implementing the technology method of building fleetly three-dimensional map modeling based on CAD data about urban planning and construction,managing mass data such as three-dimensional model、vector data and texture by spatial database system,finally achieving browse of three-dimensional environment,querying and locating,spatial analysis,urban planning project evaluation and other functions.The new-style map will provide an effective service and guarantee for urban planning and construction works,and promote city information-based process.
