从冰铜渣中综合回收有价金属的研究

摘    要:冰铜渣是一种以硫化物为主的高铁高硫物料.由于其组成复杂,有价金属含量低,难以处理.本文针对这种冰铜渣探索了综合回收其中有价金属的各种方法.结果表明,盐酸浸出法简单、易行,并且合理地利用了原料中的铁,一次浸出银、铋的浸出率达到了95%以上.

Abstract:Matte residue containing large amounts of sulphide is a kind of material with high ferrite and sulphite,which is difficult to treat because of its com- plex composition and its low content of valuable metals.Directing at this residue, various methods for comprehensive recovery of valuable metals are approached.Re- sults indicate that the leaching process with HCl is simple,easy and reasonable in the use of iron in the raw material.The leaching rate of Ag and Bi on one run can come up to 95%.
