灰色关联理论在某金矿采矿方法优选中的应用

摘    要:为了定量评价各方案的优劣,优选出最佳方案,运用灰色关联分析理论,以矿块生产能力、采切比、损失率等10个代表性的技术指标为基础对初选出的3个采矿方法进行优选分析。首先对各方案中非定量指标进行评分量化,再利用灰色关联分析方法计算出各个方案的关联度系数。通过实际案例计算,方案二的关联度系数最高为0.75,因此方案2削壁充填法为最优采矿方法。研究结果表明,应用灰色关联分析理论能够形成定量的结果便于比较选择,为采矿方法优选提供一种较为全面、客观与可行的数学模型。

Abstract:In order to quantitatively evaluate the pros and cons of each plan, and to select the best plan, this paper uses the grey relational analysis theory to optimal analysis of 3 mining methods based on 10 representative influencing indicators such as ore production capacity, mining-to-cut ratio, and loss rate.Firstly, the non-quantitative indicators in each program are scored and quantified, and then the gray correlation analysis method is used to calculate the correlation coefficient of each program.Through calculation, the correlation coefficient of Option 2 is the highest 0.75,so the cutting wall filling method of Option 2 is the optimal mining method.The research results show that the application of grey relational analysis theory can well optimize the mining methods, and the optimized results are more comprehensive and objective.
