摘    要:含氮化合物是水体污染监测中的重要指标,因此需要可靠精确的检测方法作为支撑。本文采用气相分子吸收光谱法对亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮、总氮进行检测分析,结果表明:标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,检出限、精密度、准确度、加标回收率均满足方法要求。表明气相分子吸收光谱法具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,稳定性好,可实现样品在线自动稀释和在线消解,简化样品前处理过程,更适用于大批量含氮化合物水质检测工作。

Abstract:Nitrogen compounds are important indicators in water pollution monitoring,so reliable and accurate detection methods are needed as support.In this paper,nitrite nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen were detected and analyzed by gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry.The results show that the correlation coefficients of standard curves are all greater than 0.999;the detection limit,precision,accuracy and recovery rate of standard addition all meet the requirements of the method.The results show that gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry has high sensitivity,accuracy and stability,can realize online automatic dilution and online digestion of samples,simplify the sample pretreatment process,and is more suitable for water quality detection of large quantities of nitrogen compounds.
