Abstract:Printing and dyeing wastewater is a kind of industrial wastewater with complex composition, difficult treatment and high toxicity, which is harmful to the environment.A suitable pretreatment method is selected for printing and dyeing wastewater, and a micro electrolysis JS reagent process is established to treat printing and dyeing wastewater.Printing and dyeing wastewater was pretreated by acidification and flocculation, and then treated by self-made highly active micro electrolysis filler and self-developed JS reagent.Finally, the pH value of the wastewater was adjusted to 9 by adding lime, and coagulation sedimentation was carried out.The chroma of the wastewater was basically removed, and the COD content was reduced to 79.2 mg/L,and the SS content was reduced to 19.5 mg/L,which met the first class discharge standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GW 8978-1996).
