| 摘 要： | 通过对美国加州电力公司破产原因的分析,并根据电力行业的特点和我国的国情,提出在我国电力改革过程中应注意以下问题:电力行业离不开政府的支持与干预,重视电力需求预测和电力规划,保持投资者对电力投资的兴趣,同时放开上网电价和最终销售电价,解决市场监管问题。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis on bankruptcy causes of the Califormia State Power Company,characters of the power industry and national conditions of China,attention should be paid on the following issues in the process of the power innovation in China:the power industry always needs the support and intervene from the government;attention should be paid on prediction of power demand and power alanning;maintairing the interests of investors on investment of power;releasing the tariff to the network and final selling tariff at same time and solving the market supervision. |
