| Abstract: | ABSTRACT The paper addresses chelate ion exchange resins which are produced commercially and many others synthesised in comparatively small quantities. Some of the synthetic routes employed and the applicability of the prepared resin are described. The potential key reasons why more chelate ion exchange resins have not been manufactured are discussed and the future for these materials predicted. |
