| Abstract: | In this paper, the structures and characteristics of permanent magnet spherical motors of multi - dimensions are explained, and the present research progresses and development of permanent magnet spherical motors of multi - dimensions are summarized, the application prospects and developing - tendency are also discussed. A method of magnetic field analysis for one type of permanent magnet spherical stepper motor have been presented and the simulation results are showed. |
