| 摘 要： | 依据压力容器、钢结构和湿式气柜的相关标准和规范,通过对新型干式气柜的柜顶设计,论证了干式气柜柜顶的载荷确定、结构设计、结构选材的一般方法,以及所依据的标准,并通过气柜的实际施工与试运行检验,证明设计结果符合现有相关标准的要求,为石油化工设备中干式气柜设计、施工检验与竣工验收规范的制定提供基本的范例依据.

| Abstract: | According to the standards and codes for the design and construction of the pressure vessel, steel structure and wet-type gas tank,a new type of KMW dry-seal gas tank top was designed. For the design of gas tank top, it is important to consider both the nature environment including snow load and wind load,and the top weight. Loadings calculation is based on the structure design, selection of steel section and the assembling techniques. Both the construction and the testing run qualified the design method for the new type of KMW dry-seal gas tank,which offered a good sample for the code drafting of dry-seal gas tank. |
