The Synthesis of Cyclohexyl Methyl Dimethoxysilane |

| Abstract: | Cyclohexyl methyl dimethoxysilane was synthesized by the reaction between methyl trimethoxysilane and Gringard agent prepared with chlorocyclohexane produced by chlorating of cyclohexanol. High purity of the product was obtained. |
