薄壁塑件注射成型工艺参数对短射的影响分析

摘    要:系统分析了薄壁塑件成型过程中常见的短射现象与产生的原因,以薄壁外壳塑件成型为例,结合数字模拟和正交试验方法对影响成型过程的工艺参数进行了分析。结果表明,注射速度大小是导致短射的主要原因,保压时间为不敏感因素,在注射速度不变的情况下单纯延长保压时间并不能消除短射缺陷。

Abstract:Short shot,a common phenomenon in the forming process of thin walled plastic parts and the producing cause were analyzed systematically;and the parameters influencing the injection molding of a thin walled plastic component were studied through numerical simulation and orthogonal test method.The results show that improper injection velocity is the main reason for short shot defect;while pressure holding time is an insensitive factor.Therefore the short shot defect can not be deliminated with just prolonging...
