| Abstract: | The selection model between technology cooperation and non-cooperation of Chinese enterprises and transnational corporation is established on the basis of game theory, and the criteria for partner selection and the proportion in distribution of profits gained from technical cooperation to be shared is analyzed. The advice about countermeasure that the firm should take is also given. |
