CO2在炼钢工艺的应用及发展

摘    要:钢铁生产过程CO2排放占工业CO2排放量的16%左右。如何降低CO2排放并使CO2进行资源化利用是钢铁工作者关心的重要问题。以CO2在炼钢过程中的资源化利用为出发点,分析了国内外CO2作为炼钢过程的搅拌气源、反应介质及保护气源的应用情况,并介绍了笔者在炼钢应用CO2方面所做的前期研究工作的进展。

Application and Development of Carbon Dioxide in the Steelmaking Process

Abstract:The emission of carbon dioxide in the iron and steelmaking process is about 16% of that in the industrial system.How to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide and take use of carbon dioxide is one of main problems that has attracted many steel engineers’ attention.In order to take the utilization of carbon dioxide as a resource in steelmaking process,application of carbon dioxide as stirring gas,reaction media and protection gas was analyzed at home and abroad,and previous research on the application of carbon dioxide in steelmaking process was introduced.
