摘    要:测定了燃用水煤浆锅炉的水煤浆样、炉渣及飞灰中Mn、Pb、Cr、Ni、Cu、Cd、Zn等痕量元素的含量。结果表明,制浆过程中洗煤、煤浆颗粒的较大体积和燃烧温度较低等对燃烧过程中痕量元素的排放具有一定的抑制作用。痕量元素在飞灰中的富集,随飞灰粒径减小而增加。飞灰对痕量元素吸附机理不同。

Abstract:The content of trace elements, such as Mn,Pb,Cr,Ni,Cu,Cd,Zn, etc., in coal-water-slurry (CWS) sample, slag, and fly ash of CWS fired boiler have been measured. Results show that the bigger particle size in preparation of CWS and coal washing, as well as the lower combustion temperature have suppressing effect for emission of trace elements. The enrichment trend of trace elements in fly ash increases with particle size decreasing; the fly ash has different adsorbent mechanism for different trace element.
