中小型电石炉电极位的PLC控制

摘    要:要生产高效优质的电石,必须精确地控制电极位置.针对此问题,分析了电极升降及压放控制的工作原理,采用了PLC控制技术控制电炉电极区位的硬件结构框图及软件程序框图,利用智能PID算法保证了电极区位很高的控制精度.该技术经应用后证明,运行稳定可靠,操作方便,大大提高了产品质量和自动化程度.

Abstract:In order to produce calcium carbide with high quality and efficiency,the loced of electrode must be accurately controlled.For this problen the working principle of electrode's elevating & falling control is briefly analyzed,the technology of PLC control is applied,and the diagram of hardware structure frame and software program frame are given.It ensures very high control precision by intelligent PID arithmetic.After this technology is applied,the system has been running reliably and is operated conveniently,and greatly improves quality and automatization.
