振荡放电型电容储能焊机的一种设计方法

摘    要:指出了电容储能焊机接主回路设计中现有设计方法的不足之处,明确了提高储能焊机放电电流峰值时间tm的途径,提出了一套从焊接工艺参数及焊件电阻入手术解储能电容、充电电压并给出了设计实例。

Abstract:This paper points out the insufficiency of the present design method in the loop of the condenser discharge welder,defines to impove the way of the discharge welder's current peak interval tm,and provides a set of a new design procedure and formula which solve the capacitor,the charging voltage,the cone transverse avea of the welding transformer and the discharging loop inductance from welding condition and weldment resistance,and give an example of the designing.
